2. COST OF CAMP FOR A LEADER?
Late Registration- $69
Note: You can make payments toward camp. However, on June 15, any remaining balance will be charged to the card used to make the initial downpayment.

4. A CURRENT CLEARED BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED TO SERVE AT CAMP.
Please make sure to have this completed prior to camp.
5. WHEN SHOULD LEADERS ARRIVE AT ISLAND LAKE FOR CAMP? WHEN IS CAMP OVER FOR LEADERS?
Leaders should arrive by 1:30 pm on June 24, 2018.
It is our expectation that leaders stay until all students have been picked up. Please contact the Camp team to let them know if you need to leave earlier than this time.
6.WHAT DOES THE CHECK-IN PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
At check-in, we will check you in by first and last name. We will then hand you a camp packet with map, room assignment, and guide for Summer Camp. You will have some time to get your cabin setup.
7. LEADER HUDDLE
We will have a quick leader huddle at about 2:15 to get you all of the last minute information
8. WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
All leaders will be in cabins. Boys and girls will be in separate cabins!
Packing List: (here are some suggested items)
- Bible and notebook
- Pillow/sleeping bag
- Clothes (Stay tuned! There will be theme nights.)
9. WHAT SHOULD YOU NOT BRING?
Due to safety and health concerns, we request campers not bring: iPods/portable music players, handheld video games, computers, DVD players, skateboards, jewelry of any kind, knives, guns, ammunition, fireworks, tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs to Camp. Students will have the opportunity to turn in items to Security for safe keeping during retreat. We highly recommend all electronics be left at home.

10. SNACK BAR
Island Lake snack bar will be open during free time. This is cash only.
Newlife youth will be selling apparel and late night burgers. This can be purchased with cash or Camp bank funds.
11. LOST AND FOUND
All lost and found collected at Camp will be located at the gathering space during Camp. Upon return from Camp, items will be kept for one week then donated to Goodwill. Contact the newlife office regarding lost and found (360) 337-1300 ext. 301.
12. STUDENT/LEADER BEHAVIOR
If anyone brings any weapons, drugs or alcohol of any kind, or breaks any of the behavior agreement rules, they will be asked to leave the retreat immediately and parents will be responsible for transportation and any expenses associated.
